1. About Vernario

Vernario is an international showcase where artists publish their own original works and buyers contact them directly. Vernario is a subscription platform for artists. We do not sell artworks, take commission, or handle payment, shipping or customs. The artist and the buyer agree everything directly between themselves.

2. Sales and delivery

Every sale is an agreement between the artist and the buyer. Price, payment method, shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, returns and collection are agreed between them. Vernario is not a party to the sale, holds no funds and takes no commission.

3. Artist accounts

Artists pay a monthly subscription to publish a profile and artworks. The subscription is billed in the currency chosen at sign-up and renews automatically until cancelled. A cancelled profile stays visible until the end of the paid period and is then hidden.

Artists confirm that they hold the rights to the works and images they publish, that the works are their own original creations, and that all information about a work is accurate.

4. Content

Copyright in every work and image remains with the artist. Vernario may display published images to present the artist and the work on the platform and in search results. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

5. Liability

Vernario provides the platform as it is. We are not liable for the accuracy of listings or for any dispute, loss or damage arising from an agreement between an artist and a buyer.
